Can I cancel my purchase and get a refund if I haven't received my tower yet?

You can contact us for a full refund of any Nutritower purchase prior to a shipping confirmation provided by us and one of our carriers.

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped we can evaluate case by case to come to a mutual agreement for a late refund on your purchase. 

In most cases, we will require that the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
