My tower was damaged upon arrival; what do I do?

If you have received a shipment from us that has arrived damaged, please advise us immediately at info@nutritower.com or call us at 1-800-721-8419.

We will start a claim with our service provider and assist you with the best response possible to your situation. In any case, we will always see to it that your order arrives safe and sound and we will be happy to support you along the way.

 

**To help us provide a quick response you may be asked to provide us with photos of the damaged good and contact information for our carrier to reach you. Please keep all packaging until indicated otherwise so that we can work with them to assess what happened.

 

Please note that ALL shipments are inspected and documented before they leave here. Any ensuing damage that occurs during shipping is somewhat out of our hands. In spite of this reality, we always do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction and will work both with you and our service provider to see a quick resolution of the issue.
